For many people, Easter is a deeply religious time that is honored with Church goings and spiritual remembrances. For others it marks the beginning of Spring, warm weather, flowers, Easter egg hunts, and of course the Easter Bunny. For Boca Raton locals, there are many different ways to celebrate the arrival of Spring and Easter with quite a few local events to choose from. Sunday March 20, 2016 – Spring Fest and Egg-a-Palooza
South Florida Parenting is hosting a Spring Fest and Egg-a-Palooza event on March 20, 2016. The event includes photos with the Easter Bunny, egg hunting, food trucks, stage entertainment, crafts, and much more. Admission covers the price of entry as well as all other activities. Parents should remember to bring along a basket for the egg hunts which will take place throughout the event.
Saturday April 7, 2016 – Easter Egg Hunt & Breakfast With The Easter Bunny
On Saturday April 7, 2016, families can celebrate by taking the kids out for a fun and memorable breakfast with the Easter Bunny. An egg hunt is planned for 8:30 a.m. with breakfast taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Breakfast and the egg hunt will be held at the Town Center at Boca Raton, The Terrace and California Pizza Kitchen. Each child present will get a basket to collect eggs and candy as their prizes. The cost of attendance is $5 for the Easter Egg hunt and $20 for breakfast with a percentage of the proceeds going to the Simon Youth Foundation.
Sunday April 8, 2016 – Easter Sunday Brunch
Via Luna at The Ritz Carlton in Fort Lauderdale will host an Easter Sunday Brunch on Sunday April 8, 2016. The brunch will take place from Noon to 4 p.m. and will feature a rich array of delicacies and sumptuous meals. There will also be live entertainment as well as an egg hunt with the Easter Bunny handing out treats. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (954) 302-6460.
